Professional selling skills, telephone service and interpersonal skills training have been provided and will be continuously reinforced by our management team.

What are the benefits of CNA's Sales and Service Center?

Answer

There are several benefits to your agency:

  • Flexibility of service for your customers
  • Reduced CSR expenses including facilities, payroll and automation
  • As your agency grows or acquires another agency, the Sales & Service Center can handle the additional workload, including rollovers.
  • Your agency CSR's may actually find their jobs more enriched because they can now focus on new business production, or providing true value-added service on more complex accounts.

Your clients have the opportunity to speak directly with a CNA CSR or Account Executive on issues and questions. The Sales & Service Staff is authorized to handle any customer decision they face during a 'moment of truth' (any customer contact) and should handle 95% of the client's requests within the same day.

POLICY HOLDER CONTACT

How often will policy holders be contacted?

Answer

CNA'S Sales & Service Center will initiate contact with the policy holder at least three times during the year. Customer contacts are intended to review their insurance needs, make any necessary changes and answer questions. This is also when we will attempt to upgrade coverages.

  • Property Value- not to exceed $4 Million per location or $20 Million total (not applicable to BAPP classes).

Yes! The Sales & Service Center is focused on servicing and managing small business for agencies. As such, an 800 phone number is available that provides quick claims turn around and experienced claims professionals that are service oriented.

BILLING

Is a payment program available?

Answer

CNA offers a Direct Bill Program with a toll-free number that is available 7AM to 8PM EST. The Call Center is manned by courteous, Direct Bill Representatives. Also available is the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System which allows basic questions to be answered; it is available 24 hours a day!
